We are Lighthouse Baptist Church,
located
in lovely Schenectady, NY.
Thanks for stopping by... we ARE the friendliest church in town.
As long as your here please
Sign our Guestbook.
Our Logo "A Beacon of Light so that the World may see" tells a lot about us.
Our Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ shines brightly in all directions throughout the world
for all the see, and follow in to the house of God.
Our Beacon of Light also shines as a guide for people who aren't sure where
they are headed in their spiritual lives.
Our Beacon of Light shines a bright, undying light to the one true way to Salvation... The one
true way to be sure you will sit beside Jesus Christ in Heaven.
We are here to proclaim that God is good and he sent his son Jesus Christ to redeem us.
We believe the Bible is God's Word.
The Bible tells us that repentance from sin and faith in Christ alone can save.
It also contains answers to life's questions... from "What happened to the Dinosaurs?"
To "How can I fix this problem in my life ?"
(and just about any question in between!)
We like to think of it like that one commercial on T.V. which says ...
"If you have questions, we have answers."
Everyone is important to God and therefore you really are important to us!
Our Church is made of young families, older adults, two-wage earner homes and stay-at-home moms.
At Lighthouse Baptist Church, we want you to feel at home with us as we help people to have
"a home" with God.
